The S&P China Ex-A-B-Shares BMI index is designed as a tool for Chinese institutional investors to gain exposure to all eligible securities of Chinese domicile excluding A-Shares and B-Shares. This index makes it possible for domestic Chinese investors to gain access to the China market.
