Rowan Companies, Inc. (NYSE:RDC) will remain in the S&P 500 index following its reorganization into a newly formed public limited company, Rowan Companies plc. Each share of Rowan Companies, Inc. common stock will be exchanged for one Class A Ordinary share of Rowan Companies plc on a share for share basis before the opening of trading on Friday, May 4.
