Lam Research (LRCX) is expected to complete its acquisition of Novellus Systems after the close of trading on Monday, June 4. Previously announced as a TBA, S&P MidCap 400 constituent Lam Research (LRCX) will replace Novellus Systems in the S&P 500 and Royal Gold (RGLD) will replace Lam Research in the S&P MidCap 400 after the market close on June 4.
